Admission requirements : The
Admissions Committee appreciates maturity, independence, openness
to difference, curiosity, and resilience. Students are
strongly encouraged, if they can, to spend a full academic year
abroad. It is principally during the second semester that they
benefit to the fullest from their experience in France.
The
Institute for American Universities welcomes individual and group
applications from undergraduates in good standing at North American
colleges and universities. Applicants :
Must
be emotionally, intellectually, and physically prepared for studying
abroad.
Must have completed a minimum of one year of college.
For
admission to The Marchutz School of Art prior knowledge of French
is not required. However, a 2.5 cumulative GPA is strongly recommended. All
applicants are required to complete an IAU's online or paper
application and to submit a letter of recommendation (ideally
from a professor) and official transcripts. |
